Founded
Where it began
The story behind Level Up Talent began in 2012 with a simple ambition: to create meaningful opportunities for entertainment talent — particularly individuals from marginalised and underrepresented backgrounds who did not always have access to the right representation, networks or opportunities.
Our founder, Aba, began by working directly with individuals to develop their personal image and brands, secure talent bookings and position themselves more effectively within the entertainment and creative industries.
What started with talent quickly grew into something much broader.
From vision to Level Up
Over the years, Aba's work expanded across talent management, personal branding, events and brand protection. From helping individuals redefine how they presented themselves publicly, to creating meaningful events and supporting SMEs with their brand identity and reputation — the focus remained the same: helping people and brands recognise their potential and take the next step forward.
Working with more than 10 brands, companies and individual clients across the UK and internationally provided the foundations for what would eventually become Level Up Talent.
As the network, experience and ambition behind the business grew, it became clear that it was time to create something bigger. Level Up Talent was born as the central hub for that vision — bringing talent, brands and opportunities together through a modern, purposeful approach to talent management.
